Had to go over business with the trainer, pics, measurements, all that.  Didn’t leave much time for a workout, but do what we can!

After that I had an acupressure session!  Looking at the pics, I got a lot of work ahead of me 

294 yuck!  I have been getting strong, but packing on weight.  Need to cut bad, time to bear down.
