notes: Everything felt good, and was considering doing more, but after Set 6, I could feel my energy dive, and I realized I needed to fight the clock to get deadlifts done before I fade too hard. Had already crossed the 2 hour mark, and had to move on.

notes: Energy was fading and I was struck by a sudden intense mental blast of fukitall. I made it through 2 backoff sets, but needed to get the hell out of there and go home.

Workout time was 2 and a half hours at this point! So happy to go home, prep food for the week, and procrastinate on laundry 🙂
