oh sheee-it, did I forget to mention I am trying to implement RPE again? Sorry, left that out the last 2 days.

I tried it a little while back, and don’t feel like I got the most out of it. I am a lazy fool, and I love to stop, so its hard for me to know if I REALLY have 2 reps left in the tank, or I only THINK I have 2 reps left in the tank. I seemed to constantly underperform last time I did it.

But I will sorta try it again. Last time I autoregulated the number of sets. This time I will only autoregulate the number of reps, and week to week ramp up the number of sets. So this week, lightweight, low sets. Next week, higher RPE, more sets, and so on.
